What should I pay attention to when providing files for printing?

To ensure the best printing quality, please provide files that meet the following requirements:

  1. File formats: AI (with layers expanded), PS, or high-resolution PNG/JPG.
  2. Resolution: At least 300 dpi; files with lower resolution may affect print quality.
  3. Background: Files should be pre-cut (background removed). If we assist with background removal, the final result may differ from the original file.
  4. Hand-drawn artwork: We do not accept scanned or photographed hand-drawn images.

Note:
Print Work only offers file review services to ensure printing accuracy and does not provide design modification or creative services.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Do you offer sample services?

We offer single-piece sample services using digital printing technologies (DTF heat transfer and direct-to-garment printing). We recommend requesting a sample to confirm that the print meets your requirements, and once confirmed, you can proceed with the full production.

If you choose to proceed with the full production without a sample, we will not be able to provide returns, exchanges, refunds, or reprints if any issues arise after printing.

Additionally, if you place a bulk order later, the sample fee can be applied towards the balance.

Can I provide my own clothing for printing?

Yes, you can provide your own clothing for printing. Please note that there will be a fee for printing based on the location and size of the print. However, we do not take responsibility for any risks related to the production, such as print quality or material compatibility issues.

Why does the fabric fade or have dyeing issues?

Fabric fading or dyeing issues can be caused by various factors, such as prolonged use, washing, or exposure to sunlight. Different fabric materials may react differently to washing and dyeing processes. To minimize these issues, it is recommended to follow the washing instructions and avoid excessive exposure to sunlight.

Why do the color and texture of each batch of fabric vary?

The color and texture of each batch of fabric may slightly vary, which is a normal occurrence due to the influence of various factors during the manufacturing process. This is not considered a defect. In the event of any color discrepancies, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery. Please note that the country of manufacture cannot be specified when placing an order. Thank you for your understanding.

Why does the print look different from what I see on the screen?

The printed colors may slightly vary from what you see on the screen, which is normal. Various factors, such as different production batches, printing materials, techniques, and environmental conditions, can all have a slight impact on the color. Although we strive to maintain consistency, these variables may cause minor color differences in each production run. For customers with specific color requirements, we recommend providing the Pantone color code for precise adjustments, and it is also advised to request a sample print to confirm the results, ensuring the final product meets your expectations.

Screen Display: Screens use the RGB color model, which relies on light to display colors, and the color may be affected by screen settings and ambient lighting.
Printing Colors: Printing uses the CMYK color model, relying on pigments or inks reflecting light. The color will be influenced by fabric material, printing techniques, and ink used.
Since these two color models present colors differently, they may lead to color discrepancies. Additionally, the color displayed on the screen can vary due to different devices or settings, while the printed color will depend on the material and technique used.

To minimize these discrepancies, we recommend confirming the design and requesting a sample print to ensure the print meets your expectations.

Can I return or exchange the order after it is completed?

1. Defective Items

  • If you receive a product with obvious defects (e.g., tears, significant printing errors, or mistakes), please contact customer service within three days and provide clear photos for verification.
  • If confirmed as a defective product, we will provide a replacement. Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances via bank transfer.

2. Personal Reasons

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for personal reasons (e.g., dislike of the product, size mismatch, or differences between expected and actual color).
  • Please carefully review the design draft, printing specifications, materials, and sizing before placing your order.

3. Design and Artwork Confirmation

  • The approved design draft serves as the final production reference. Ensure all content, layout, fonts, and images are accurate and error-free.
  • If production issues arise due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., typos, low image resolution, or design flaws), the responsibility lies with the customer.

4. Color Variations

  • A 10% color variation in printing is considered normal and is not regarded as a defect.
  • Due to variations in screen displays, we cannot guarantee an exact color match between the design draft and the final product. Please do not use this as a reason for return or exchange.

5. Product Manufacturing Characteristics

  • Garments are machine-produced, and the following issues are not considered defects:
    • Untrimmed threads or slight loose stitching
    • Minor stains or unexpected texture
    • Size discrepancies within a 2-3 cm range
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors (e.g., stains, faults, wear and tear, scratches) are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Additional Notes

  • Slight differences between batches may occur due to technical limitations, which is considered normal.
  • Customized products are exclusively for group orders, and non-defective items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We strongly recommend confirming all details before placing your order to ensure satisfaction.
